Custom Formulation Made Easy
Reach out via email and we will send you our herb and price sheet, as well as our email ordering template. Then, when ready to prescribe, just email us the completed order template including shipping information and we will send a price quote. Once price is approved, we will get started blending your formula. Payment is handled via credit card through our secure Electronic Health Records program, with practitioners receiving a 15% discount.
